PAYMENTS

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date to avoid charges. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a charge equivalent to the first night of stay. In the event of a no-show without prior notice, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
If the cancellation is made within the permitted period, the hotel will proceed to refund the full amount paid, minus any applicable processing fees. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for the reservation and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in the customer’s account.
Any modification to the reservation must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Modifications are subject to availability and the rate in effect at the time of the change. If the number of nights is reduced, the corresponding cancellation policies will apply.
Promotional or discounted rates advertised as non-refundable do not allow cancellations or modifications. In case of cancellation or no-show for non-refundable reservations, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The hotel will not be held responsible for cancellations due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, pandemics, etc.). In such cases, efforts will be made to offer rescheduling options or credits for future stays.
